For Check or Money Order Customers: The confirmation will hold your choices for one week pending the arrival of payment. Please make the check or money order payable to Al's Orchid Greenhouse and mail to the address above. Payment must be made prior to shipment. Please do not send cash through the mail. Checks must be preprinted with your name. Starter checks and second party checks will be returned.  We reserve the right to hold an order until the check clears. We reserve the right to refuse an order. A $27.00 charge will be assessed for returned checks.

For Credit Card Customers: Weather permitting, credit card orders will be shipped by the next Monday or Tuesday. We accept Visa and MasterCard only, please. By purchasing with a credit card you agree to the return policy and procedures which are described in the guarantee. Export: We do NOT export plants to locations outside the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
