Guarantee:
Our policy is to create the best customer relationship possible. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Our guarantee is simple. Once you receive your plants you have 1 week to report any problems*.  During this inspection period if you are dissatisfied simply return the plant and we will replace it or refund your money.   This guarantee includes plants damaged in the shipping process, if we are allowed to determine the best shipping date.  Contact us within the specified inspection period to let us know it is on the way.  The customer is responsible for the safe return of the plant, and the return shipping cost.  Credit to cards will be made, and refund checks will be sent, after plants are returned.  After 1 week, your green thumb is your best guarantee.

*Due to a budded or blooming Phalaenopsis' sensitivity to shipping and environmental change, we do not guarantee plants against bud blasting.  We ship Phals in spike or 'tight' bud not IN BLOOM in order to help avoid this problem. Plants in tight bud are approximately 14 to 21 days from opening their first flower.

There can be no guarantee of future bloomability or the quality of bloom of flowers produced from seed.  All seedling produced plants are unique and there may be differences from cross descriptions and individual flowers used to demonstrate cross potential.  Previously flowered plants are not graded or judged in any way on flower quality, except that we cull out plants with deformed flowers.

In all cases our liability shall extend only to the purchase price of the plants.
