The Order Process: Fill out the required information on the secure order form.  This form does not automatically total quantities, add Virginia state tax, calculate shipping cost or deduct for any 'special' in effect at the time of ordering.  These fields are not required.  You may calculate this information if you wish and include it on the form.  Once you have sent an order we E-mail a confirmation within 12 hours that will provide you with your order total including all applicable tax, discounts and shipping charges.  We will also inform you if we are out of any item. The following information will allow you adjust your spam trap so the confirmation email can pass.  The Confirmation email will come from Al@orchidexchange.com and it will have the word "orchid" in the subject, (among others). Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping, not when the order is placed. You are welcome to phone, email or mail an order directly to us. We do not have a fax machine.
